Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Human Resources Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in talent acquisition processes within a dynamic healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates regarding their application status.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing documentation and conducting orientation sessions.
- Support the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed
Requirements:
- Strong interest in talent acquisition and human resources.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Prior internship or work experience in HR or recruitment is a plus.
