Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial screenings.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including preparing documents and reports.
- Make Creative templates when required including Presentation, various announcements & Trainings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Strong interest in human resources and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.Positive attitude, proactive approach, and willingness to take on new challenges.
This is Paid Intership for 1 year Duration, the stipend is 20k per month
