Job Description:
Loyzo Retails India Pvt Ltd is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern for our Bangalore location. This internship offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resources within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily calls to potential candidates and stakeholders.
- Assist in the hiring process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support various HR-related activities and administrative tasks.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy.
- Assist in onboarding new employees.
- Provide support in employee engagement initiatives and other HR projects.
- Call manufacturers, vendors, and clients for product and sales inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
