ROLE DESCRIPTION
This is a remote internship role for an HR intern. The HR intern will support HR operations and work closely with HR managers and Executive staff to assist and complete HR-related tasks, such as recruiting and selecting candidates and managing payroll and benefits. The HR intern will be responsible for maintaining and updating employees files and records.
QUALIFICATION
Strong Organisational skills and attention to details.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Working towards a Bachelor's degree or higher in Human resource, Business administration, or a related field (recent graduates may also apply).
Good communication and leadership skills.
Knowledge of HR policies and procedures is a plus.
