Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive Human Resources Intern; you will be responsible for various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and other key areas that contribute to the overall success of our organization.

Key Resposibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, conducting interviews, and facilitating the selection process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure a smooth on boarding experience for new hires.
• Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, providing guidance and resolution to maintain a positive work environment.
• Facilitate the on boarding process for new employees, ensuring they have the necessary resources, information, and training.
• Conduct orientation sessions to introduce new hires to company policies, culture, and expectations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans.
• Plan and organize employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities, events, and recognition programs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
