Job Title: HR Intern

Job Overview: As an HR Intern, you will assist the HR team in a wide range of HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, documentation, and administrative support. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources in a dynamic and growing organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support:
- Assist in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Help in the onboarding process for new employees.
Employee Engagement:
- Support the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives and events.
- Assist in the communication of HR policies and procedures to employees.
Documentation and Administration:
- Help maintain and organize employee records, contracts, and other HR-related documents.
- Support with creating and maintaining databases for attendance, leaves, and other personnel records.
General HR Support:
- Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including responding to employee queries.
- Contribute to HR projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong interest in HR and people management.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work in a team environment and maintain confidentiality.
Duration:
3 months internship, with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.
