Role Overview:
We are looking for immediate joiners to take on the role of HR Intern for a 3-month unpaid
internship. In this role, you will collaborate with other HR interns, supporting the recruitment,
onboarding, and management of intern teams. This is a flexible, work-from-home opportunity,
ideal for individuals eager to gain experience in human resources within a dynamic startup.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with other HR interns to source, screen, and interview candidates.
Assist with onboarding processes and manage intern records.
Regularly communicate with intern teams, addressing HR-related concerns.
Contribute to the bulk hiring process and help in organizing intern hierarchies.
Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
