Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Human Resources Intern to join our team. While this is an unpaid internship, it offers a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience, work closely with our dynamic team, and make a significant impact on our start-up.

Responsibilities:

Manage the assigned department and team.

Assist in recruitment and screening.

Handle paperwork (offer letters, certificates, LORs).

Provide orientation, assign tasks, manage interns, and solve queries.

Qualifications:

Enrolled in a HR program or have equivalent experience.

Good management skills.

Relevant skills and interests.

Available for 3 months and can start immediately.

Independent and team work ability.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Quick learner, adaptable to new technologies.

Strong time management and organizational skills.

Ability to work remotely.
