Role Description

This is a remote internship role for a Human Resources Intern at GroGlobally. The Human Resources Intern will be involved in HR management, developing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management. The role will provide hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources in a digital marketing setting.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies skills
• Employee Benefits and Personnel Management skills
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Experience with HR software systems is a plus
• Pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
