Roles And Responsibilities

* Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes and communicating with candidates.

* Support onboarding activities for new hires, including preparing job descriptions, coordinating orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth integration into the organization.

* Help to maintain employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

* Provide general administrative support to the HR team, such as data entry, filing, and maintaining documentation.

* Collaborate with colleagues on special projects, such as policy reviews, employee surveys, or HR analytics initiatives.

* Conducting research and gathering data on various agencies is an essential aspect of the HR intern's role.

Qualifying criteria

* Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.

* Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.

* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

* Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

* Strong organizational and time management skills.

* Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with colleagues.

Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.

Duration:3 Months
