This is a remote working set up from your home office however you may need to travel across countries/locations depending on your nature of work. Job Title: - HR Intern at [Gojo & Company, Inc]

Report to: - Mehnaaz Rehman

Hiring Manager: - Mehnaaz Rehman

Department: - HR

Location: - Home Office or Crossing Republik Ghaziabad

Contract: Full Time for 1 year

Purpose of the Position

Primary responsibility is to support Gojo's HR team in its day-to-day tasks.

His/Her primary target is to:

  • Support necessary tasks of the HR team
  • Managing India subsidiary operational tasks.
  • Assist HR team in managing contracts and recruitment-related tasks
  • Setting up any meetings as needed
  • Other HR & Admin tasks

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Managing tasks related to the India subsidiary setup
  • Support in recruitment and onboarding coordination
  • Updating contracts as and when needed
  • Coordination of Training & Development programs
  • Setting up meetings as and when requested
  • Other HR & Admin tasks

Requirements

  • Interest in Human Resources related work
  • Understand and agree with Gojo's vision, mission, goals, and values.
  • Share and exemplify Gojo's Guiding Principles and high level of ethical behavior and trustworthiness.
  • Strong communication skills.

Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree candidate
  • Some knowledge of HR background is an additional advantage.
