Key Responsibilities:

- Support the onboarding process by preparing documentation and ensuring a smooth experience for new hires.
- Help maintain HR records and update employee information.
- Engage with team members to promote a positive work environment.
- Participate in organizing and executing HR initiatives and programs.
- Assist in daily HR operations and handle basic administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong interest in HR and people management.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player.
