Human Resources Intern

Responsibilities of the selected intern:

1. Candidate Sourcing: Identify potential candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri.com, and Indeed.

2. Screening: Assess and shortlist candidates based on their qualifications.

3. Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews between hiring managers and candidates.

4. Process Management: Serve as a liaison between candidates and the hiring team.

5. Onboarding Assistance: Support in the onboarding process for chosen candidates.

6. Data Maintenance: Keep records of candidate and hiring data up to date.

7. Talent Acquisition Assistance: Contribute to broader talent acquisition initiatives.

8. Administrative Support: Manage various recruitment-related administrative tasks.

Who Should Apply:

1. Eligibility: Candidates with BBA or MBA degrees are eligible.

2. Communication Skills: Excellent communication abilities are a must.

3. Excel and PowerPoint Proficiency: Basic skills in Excel and PowerPoint are necessary.
