Job Summary
Edify By Winuall is seeking a motivated HR Intern to support our HR team. This role offers hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Support:
Post job openings, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews.
Onboarding
Assist in the orientation process and prepare onboarding materials.
Employee Relations
Help organize engagement activities and assist in resolving employee inquiries.
HR Administration
Maintain employee records, assist in preparing reports, and support HR projects.
Qualifications
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong interest in HR and excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous HR or administrative experience is a plus.
Familiarity with HR software and ATS is advantageous.
