Human Resources Intern

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter located in Noida. The Recruiter will be

responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates for various positions. The

Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers and HR to ensure that the best candidates

are selected for each job opening. The Recruiter will also be responsible for maintaining

candidate databases, job postings, and job descriptions.

Desired:

Candidate should be well versed with Job portals like Naukri.com, LinkedIn, indeed,

Hirist, IIM Jobs, Monster etc. Experience in IT Recruitment would be an added

advantage

Primary Responsibilities:

Posting on various Job portals.

This role will own sourcing, Interview, offer Coordination to hire new talent.

Sourcing/Screening, Short-listing Profile

Execute behavioural based phone interviews, video conferences and/or in person

interviews pre-screen candidates

Conducting first round of telephonic interview for the candidates to schedule

interviews.

Core Competencies:

Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter)

Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based,

stress etc.)

Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone

interviewing, reference check etc.)

Hands-on experience with recruiting software.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Must have basic MS Excel knowledge to keep entries of interviewed candidates.
