This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern at Devout Growth Media in Patna. The intern will be involved in various HR tasks such as HR management, Recruiting, managing employee benefits, and personnel management on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Experience in developing HR policies
• Knowledge of employee benefits and personnel management
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
