Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern at Cyces. The intern will be involved in various HR tasks, including HR management, policy implementation, and employee benefits administration. Responsibilities may also include personnel management and supporting HR initiatives and projects.

Note: The candidate will be converted to full-time based on their performance

Internship Duration: 6 Months

Stipend: INR 10000 per month

Mode: In-office (Regular)

• Human Resources (HR) Management and HR Policies knowledge
• Employee Benefits administration skills
• Personnel Management experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team setting
• Interest in learning and developing HR competencies
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
