Qualifications:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in related field.

Strong interest in HR and recruitment with a desire to learn and grow in the field.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Basic knowledge of HR practices and recruitment process

Responsibilities:

Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.

Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.

Post job opening on job boards, social media, and the company website.

Schedule and coordinate interview with hiring managers.
