Responsibilities:
* Identify hiring needs and execute Recruitment plans.
* Manage different online sourcing Platforms for recruitment.
* Review applications and Interview processes.
* Coordinate with the candidates actively .
* Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in BBA/BCOM/ MANAGEMENT or any related field.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong commitment, flexibility and motivation to stay focused.
* Excellent negotiation skills.
* Excellent organizational skills.
