JOB POSITION HR INTERN

ABOUT JOB

Location: Remote

Duration: 2 month

Stipend: Unpaid

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Hey there! We're on the hunt for a friendly face to join our HR team. You'll be right in the mix, helping us find awesome new hires and making sure everyone's happy at work. Expect to lend a hand with interviews, welcome new folks to the team. If you're studying HR or business and love being around people, this could be your perfect summer gig!

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job ads and screening resumes
• Help organize and schedule interviews
• Maintain employee records and update HR databases
• Assist in planning company events and team-building activities
• Help with basic HR administrative tasks

REQUIREMENTS:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Keen attention to detail
• Eagerness to learn about HR practices and policies
