Job Title: HR Intern
Location: Remote
Job Summary:
The HR Intern will assist the HR department in various tasks such as recruitment, onboarding,
employee engagement, and maintaining HR records. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on
experience in human resources.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment activities, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
Help in onboarding new hires by preparing documentation and conducting orientation.
Maintain employee records and ensure the HR database is up to date.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
Support in drafting HR policies and procedures.
Conduct research on HR trends and best practices.
Other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources or related field.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
A keen interest in human resources and a willingness to learn.
