Position Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and motivated Human Resource Intern to join our remote team. A unique chance to obtain practical expertise in a range of HR duties, such as hiring, employee relations, training, and pay administration, is provided by this position. You will collaborate directly with our human resources specialists, helping with daily tasks and learning a great deal about HR procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support: Assist with job postings, resume reviews, initial screenings, and interview scheduling.
Employee Onboarding: Help with new hire paperwork, orientation sessions, and training support.
Employee Relations: Address inquiries, assist with conflict resolution, and promote a positive work environment.
HR Administration: Maintain HR records, update employee files, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Training and Development: Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and other learning initiatives.
Documentation: Prepare and maintain HR documentation, such as handbooks and policies.
Requirements:
Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong interest in HR management with a desire to learn about various HR functions.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with employees at all levels.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Suite and other relevant software.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
