Job Description:
As an HR Intern at Career Help, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources. This internship is designed to provide you with valuable insights into HR practices and processes, as well as exposure to recruitment and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment Support:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and initial interviews.
- Collaborate with the HR team to identify suitable candidates for various positions.
2. Onboarding and Orientation:
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork and orientation materials.
- Ensure a smooth transition for new employees into the company culture.
3. Employee Relations:
- Assist with employee relations activities, including conflict resolution and communication with employees.
- Contribute to a positive work environment through effective HR practices.
4. HR Documentation:
- Maintain and update HR records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
5. HR Projects and Initiatives:
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives to support departmental goals and objectives.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Highly motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
