This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern at BanBanjara.com located in Jaipur. As a Human Resources Intern, you will be responsible for assisting in various HR tasks and projects. Your day-to-day tasks may include assisting in HR management, developing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management.

• Strong understanding of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
• Knowledge of HR management and personnel management
• Experience in creating HR policies and procedures
• Understanding of employee benefits and compensation management
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Relevant coursework or previous internship experience in HR
