Human Resources Intern

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern at #ARM Worldwide in Gurugram. The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for assisting with HR management, developing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management tasks on a day-to-day basis.

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Experience in developing HR policies and managing employee benefits
• Personnel Management expertise
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
