Are you a college student passionate about human resources and eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment Aprisity Technologies is seeking a motivated HR Intern to join our team. As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to learn and contribute to various HR functions, including job posting, candidate selection, and social media engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Job Posting:
1) Assist in creating and managing job postings across various platforms, including company website, job boards, and social media channels.
2) Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and draft compelling job descriptions.
3) Track and analyze the performance of job postings, making recommendations for improvement.
Candidate Selection:
1) Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
2) Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
3) Participate in interviews and provide feedback on candidate suitability.
4) Assist in conducting reference checks and preparing offer letters.
Social Media Engagement:
1) Contribute to the development and execution of HR-related content for social media channels, focusing on employer branding and recruitment.
2) Engage with potential candidates and followers on social media platforms, promoting job openings and company culture.
3) Monitor social media trends related to HR and recruitment, and suggest innovative ways to attract top talent.
Qualifications:
1) Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2) Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3) Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content creation.
4) Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
5) Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
6) Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
