As an HR Executive, you will oversee all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and policy development. Your expertise in managing HR operations, fostering a positive work culture, and ensuring statutory compliances will help us attract, develop, and retain top talent, driving our company's long-term success.
Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates. Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Employee Engagement: Implement initiatives to foster a positive work environment and enhance employee engagement. Develop and organize employee recognition programs, team-building activities, and training opportunities. Promote open communication channels and address employee concerns to maintain high levels of employee satisfaction.
- Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems to drive employee productivity and growth. Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and assist in creating individual development plans. Support managers in setting performance goals and implementing performance improvement plans when necessary.
- HR Policies and Procedures: Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures that comply with relevant laws and regulations, including PF and ESIC compliances. Ensure consistent application and enforcement of policies across the organization. Keep abreast of changes in labor laws and update policies accordingly.
- Compensation and Benefits: Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with industry standards. Manage payroll processes and work closely with finance to ensure accurate and timely salary payments, including PF and ESIC deductions. Provide guidance and support on employee benefits and address any related queries or concerns.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee relations matters. Address employee grievances, conduct investigations when required, and recommend appropriate solutions. Ensure compliance with labor laws, including PF and ESIC regulations, and handle employee disciplinary actions with fairness and professionalism.
- HR Reporting and Analysis: Generate HR reports and metrics to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making. Analyze trends, identify areas for improvement, and propose strategies to enhance HR processes and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and policy development
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Proficiency in HR software and tools
