Position Overview:
As an HR Intern, you will be an integral part of our Human Resources team, assisting in various tasks related to recruitment, onboarding, training, employee relations, and administrative functions. Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support:
Assist in posting job openings on various platforms.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates.
Coordinate with hiring managers to facilitate the recruitment process.
Onboarding and Orientation:
Support the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork and orientation logistics.
Prepare welcome packages and assist in creating a positive onboarding experience.
Ensure new employees have access to necessary resources and information.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
