Human Resource Intern

Overview

The Human Resource Intern (Unpaid) at Addigo Media Pvt Ltd will support the HR department with various administrative tasks and projects, offering a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on HR experience in a dynamic startup environment

.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding
  • Manage employee records
  • Support training and development programs
  • Participate in diversity and inclusion initiatives
  • Aid in performance management processes
  • Conduct research on HR best practices
  • Help implement HR policies and procedures
  • Assist with employee engagement activities
  • Coordinate HR events and meetings
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team
  • Assist with ad-hoc HR projects
  • Develop HR communication materials
  • Participate in HR meetings and discussions
  • Contribute to HR process improvements
  • Collaborate with other departments on HR initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong understanding of HR principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Team player with detail-oriented multitasking abilities
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative
  • Knowledge of labor laws is a plus
  • Previous HR-related experience is advantageous

  • Time Shift: Full-time (11am to 8pm) / Part-time (2pm to 8pm)
