Overview
The Human Resource Intern (Unpaid) at Addigo Media Pvt Ltd will support the HR department with various administrative tasks and projects, offering a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on HR experience in a dynamic startup environment

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding
- Manage employee records
- Support training and development programs
- Participate in diversity and inclusion initiatives
- Aid in performance management processes
- Conduct research on HR best practices
- Help implement HR policies and procedures
- Assist with employee engagement activities
- Coordinate HR events and meetings
- Provide administrative support to the HR team
- Assist with ad-hoc HR projects
- Develop HR communication materials
- Participate in HR meetings and discussions
- Contribute to HR process improvements
- Collaborate with other departments on HR initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong understanding of HR principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Team player with detail-oriented multitasking abilities
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Knowledge of labor laws is a plus
- Previous HR-related experience is advantageous
Time Shift: Full-time (11am to 8pm) / Part-time (2pm to 8pm)
