Position- HR intern
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Support:
- Assist in posting job openings on various platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Onboarding:
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees.
- Prepare onboarding materials and ensure a smooth integration into the company culture.
Training Coordination:
- Help organize training sessions and workshops.
- Track employee participation and gather feedback on training programs.
HR Administration:
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy.
- Assist in various HR administrative tasks as needed.
Team Collaboration:
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to HR initiatives and projects.
- Support HR team members with any additional tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Familiarity with HR functions and best practices is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
