JD for HR Intern
Experience: 0 to 6 months
Roles:
- Track the current requirements and prepare the relevant JD for all the open requirements
- Sourcing candidates from various job boards i.e., Naukri, LinkedIn for the current requirements
- Shortlisting the candidates through initial screening process
- Scheduling interview with the hiring managers
- Promptly communicate the interview feedback to the candidates
- Build and maintain the candidate database for future requirements
- Initiate pre boarding process and Offer negotiation
- Followup with the offered candidates until they join
- Create weekly reports on talent acquisition metrics
Eligibility:
- MBA Graduate preferably 2024/2025 passout with HR as specialization
- 70% and above throughout academics with no backlogs
- Excellent communication
- Willingness to work in talent acquisition
- Good understanding on full cycle recruitment process
