Job Description

JD for HR Intern

Experience: 0 to 6 months

Roles:

  • Track the current requirements and prepare the relevant JD for all the open requirements
  • Sourcing candidates from various job boards i.e., Naukri, LinkedIn for the current requirements
  • Shortlisting the candidates through initial screening process
  • Scheduling interview with the hiring managers
  • Promptly communicate the interview feedback to the candidates
  • Build and maintain the candidate database for future requirements
  • Initiate pre boarding process and Offer negotiation
  • Followup with the offered candidates until they join
  • Create weekly reports on talent acquisition metrics

Eligibility:

  • MBA Graduate preferably 2024/2025 passout with HR as specialization
  • 70% and above throughout academics with no backlogs
  • Excellent communication
  • Willingness to work in talent acquisition
  • Good understanding on full cycle recruitment process
