**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **System Implementation and Integration:**
- Lead the implementation and deployment of new HRIS systems or modules.
- Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to ensure seamless integration with other enterprise systems (such as payroll, finance).
- Configure system settings and parameters to ensure functionality aligns with HR processes and organizational requirements.
2. **System Maintenance and Support:**
- Monitor and maintain the HRIS platform to ensure data accuracy, system integrity, and optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, providing technical support to end-users (HR team, managers, employees).
- Conduct regular system audits to identify discrepancies or inefficiencies and implement corrective actions.
3. **Data Management and Reporting:**

- Generate custom and standard reports to support HR analytics, workforce planning, and decision-making.
- Interpret data trends and provide insights to HR and business leaders.
4. **Training and User Support:**
- Provide training and support to HR staff and end-users on HRIS functionalities, best practices, and system updates.
- Create user guides, documentation, and FAQs to facilitate system understanding and usage.
5. **System Upgrades and Enhancements:**
- Coordinate and participate in system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
- Evaluate new features and functionalities of the HRIS and make recommendations for improvements.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices related to HR technology and HRIS systems.
6. **Compliance and Security:**
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and security protocols related to HR data.
- Implement and maintain system security measures, including user access controls and data encryption.
**Qualifications and Skills:**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HRIS Specialist or similar role, with expertise in HRIS administration and configuration (experience with specific HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud, etc., may be required).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Knowledge of HR processes and best practices, including payroll, benefits administration, recruitment, and performance management.
- Experience with system integrations and project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
**Work Environment:**
- Office-based environment, typically working regular business hours.
- May require occasional overtime during system upgrades or critical issue resolution.
