We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team. As the HR Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all employee relations issues and provide guidance to employees and managers on HR-related matters.
- Manage performance management processes, including performance evaluations and goal setting.
- Coordinate and administer employee benefits programs.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure all HR data is kept confidential.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging trends in HR.
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in human resources management.
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
