Job Overview

We are seeking a mid-level Human Resources professional to join our team in Ahmedabad on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will be adept in handling various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and payroll management. This role requires a deep understanding of labor and employment laws alongside expertise in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).

Qualifications And Skills

  • Recruitment (Mandatory skill): Proven experience in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Onboarding: Expertise in managing onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Management: Strong management skills to supervise HR staff and oversee department functions effectively.
  • Labor and Employment Law: Comprehensive knowledge of labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS): Proficiency in using HRIS for managing employee data and streamlining HR processes.
  • Payroll: Hands-on experience in payroll processing to ensure accurate and timely payment to employees.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with employees and stakeholders effectively.
  • Problem-solving: Strong problem-solving abilities to address and resolve employee issues and grievances.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Manage the full cycle of the recruitment process from job posting to candidate selection.
  • Oversee the onboarding process including the preparation of employment contracts and orientation programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and maintain up-to-date employee records.
  • Administer payroll and benefits for employees accurately and on time.
  • Implement and manage Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) for efficient HR operations.
  • Develop and enforce company policies and procedures in alignment with legal standards.
  • Provide HR support and guidance to management and staff on HR-related matters.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings, performance reviews, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions in a fair and legal manner.
