Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Human Resources (HR) professional to join our team at Insignia Web And Marketing Private Limited. As a Human Resources (HR) personnel, you will be responsible for various HR tasks including recruitment, policy implementation, and HR management. This is a full-time position based in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India.
Qualifications And Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in human resources
- Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures
- Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Analytical skills to analyze HR data and trends
- Negotiation skills to handle contract recruitment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate discretion
- Knowledge of HR management and HR consulting
Roles And Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Manage performance evaluation processes and guide managers on performance improvement
- Assist in developing training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to employees
- Conduct exit interviews and handle employee separations
- Maintain HR records and prepare HR reports as required
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in HR management
- Create and execute sourcing strategies to fill current openings and help build a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings
