Job Overview
We are looking for a Junior Human Resources (HR) professional with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team at FuelBuddy. As an HR specialist, you will be responsible for various HR functions and will play a crucial role in attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent for our organization. This is a full-time position located in Gurgaon, Haryana, India.
Qualifications And Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in HR roles
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Solid understanding of recruitment and selection processes
- Experience with IT and non-IT recruitment
- Familiarity with HRMS (Human Resources Management Systems)
- Knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Roles And Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and selection
- Conduct orientation and onboarding sessions for new employees
- Handle employee relations and address employee grievances
- Administer HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Manage employee records and maintain HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems)
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and events
- Support performance management processes, including goal-setting and performance reviews
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation to ensure best HR practices
Working Days- 6 days working from office
