Human Resources Generalist

To build such a team, we are looking for HR Executives with a minimum of 1 year of experience who are adept at onboarding, induction, recruitment, and exit formalities.

HR Executive & Recruitment:

Please note this is not a remote/WFH job.

Job description / Duties :

- Key requirement: Handling the recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.

- Handling onboarding processes, including new hire orientation and documentation.

- Managing induction programs to ensure smooth transitions for new employees.

- Facilitating exit formalities and conducting exit interviews to gather feedback.

- Experience of LinkedIn is a must to build a niche network and to engage all potential candidates.

- Visiting colleges around the vicinity for network and rapport-building activity.

- Assisting in policy kit preparation and updating HR policies as required. [ Optional ]

- Leading employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment. [ Preferred ]

- Regular orientation meetings which dispersed team and ensuring them that company policies are adhered to and also to organize regular followup calls and training programs.

Requirement:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.

Minimum 1 year of experience in HR Generalist roles, preferably in a similar industry.

Strong understanding of recruitment stages.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
