Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our dynamic HR Department. The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of experience in HR, with a strong understanding of HR practices and policies. The HR Generalist will be responsible for providing support in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating the hiring process.
- Provide support in employee on-boarding and off-boarding processes, including preparing employment contracts and conducting orientation sessions.
- Assist in the implementation and administration of performance management processes, including conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees and managers.
- Handle employee relations matters, including resolving conflicts, conducting investigations, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Support HR initiatives and projects, such as employee engagement activities, training and development programs, and HR metrics reporting.
- Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive in the job market.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably as an HR Generalist.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and HRIS systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
