At The Social Lions, we seek a skilled HR Executive to join our growing team. This role is critical in fostering a supportive and efficient work environment through strategic HR management. You will be instrumental in overseeing employee hiring, managing resources, handling certain accounting tasks, and promoting employee wellness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Hiring: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to interviewing and onboarding.
- Resource Management: Efficiently allocate human and material resources to optimize productivity and employee satisfaction.
- Accounts Management: Handle basic accounting tasks related to payroll and employee benefits.
- Employee Wellness: Develop and implement wellness programs that promote a healthy work-life balance and support the overall well-being of all staff.
What Were Looking For:
- Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role of 1+ years.
- Strong understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws.
- Outstanding knowledge of Hiring portals, platforms, and college connections
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Aptitude in problem-solving.
- BSc/BA in Business Administration, Social Studies, or a relevant field; further training in Human Resource Management will be a plus.
