Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, payroll and benefits, company policy and procedure adherence. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company's managers in order to help them with their human resource needs.

Job Description:

Highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Retirals & Helpdesk Management specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the retiral process for our employees and providing efficient and effective help desk support to our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Retirals Management:

- Manage the entire retirals process for employees - pension, gratuity and PF

- Ensure timely and accurate processing of retirals for all employees.

- Liaise with external agencies and government bodies for retiral related matters.

- Maintain accurate records and documentation for retirals.

2. Helpdesk Management:

- Provide first-line support to employees for all HR-related queries and issues

- Tracking and responding to queries coming in from employees via HM ticket & emails

- Respond to employee inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.

- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for resolution.

- Maintain a thorough understanding of HR policies and procedures.

- Vendor Management and Consulting: Partner with program vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure and bridge the gap between both the parties

- Working as a customer support for all internal and external stakeholders providing them with solutions and updates from time to time

- Follow Standard Operating Procedures to ensure all deliverables are closed on time

3. Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to retirals and helpdesk management.

- Keep up to date with any changes in laws and regulations and implement necessary changes in processes and procedures.

4. Reporting:

- Prepare and maintain reports related to retirals and helpdesk management.

- Analyze data and identify trends to improve processes and procedures.

- Work on data collation to support management with inputs from time to time

Knowledge & Skills Required:

- Good communication skills - both oral and written

- Passionate; highly motivated and zeal to go over call of duty preferred

- High level of integrity, professionalism, and organized nature

- Adaptability to work across multiple teams and stakeholders

- Highly collaborative in nature and possess team player attitude

- Analytical and problem-solving mindset

- Critical thinking skills

- Strong communication and articulation skills.

- Strong understanding of critical situations and work accordingly

- Proficiency in MS Office: MS PowerPoint & MS Excel Skills (Lookup, Pivot table, etc.)

- Strong data management & MIS skills

- Experience with customer support handling preferred

- Ability to work under pressure and timelines

- Ability to be an individual also team contributor

- Experience in working under corporate roof

Education:

- Graduate or Postgraduate from a recognized university

- Min. 2 year of work exp. preferably in HR support role
