Role Description. This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist at RecurPost. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for managing HR policies, employee benefits, benefits administration, and HR management on a day-to-day basis
Qualifications. Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills. Recruitment experience is a must should be comfortable making phone calls. Monthly one on one feedback and reporting. Experience in developing HR policies and managing employee benefits. Benefits administration knowledge. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented and organized.
