Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive at PyjamaHR located in Bengaluru. The HR Executive will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, employee relations, HR policies, and HR management.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) Management skills
• Experience in HR Operations
• Excellent knowledge of HR Policies
• Strong employee relations skills
• Good understanding of talent acquisition, management, and retention
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
• Relevant certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR is a plus
