Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist at OutVying Media Solutions. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible mainly for Recruitment, HR management, creating and implementing HR policies, administering employee benefits, and managing benefits administration. The role will involve day-to-day tasks related to HR operations and employee relations.

Qualifications

• Must have experience of 1 yr for B2B Lead Generation Recruitment
• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) management
• Experience in creating and implementing HR policies
• Knowledge of employee benefits and benefits administration
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with different departments
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Relevant certifications in HR or related field are a plus
