As an HR Executive , you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company culture and fostering an environment where innovation flourishes. Responsibilities:

• Establish talent pipelines for present and future job opportunities.
• Formulate talent acquisition strategies and recruitment plans.
• Supervise all phases of the candidate onboarding journey, from application submission and interviews to communication.
• Utilize metrics to identify and report areas of improvement and essential skill sets.
• Possess comprehensive knowledge of various selection methods and techniques.
• Oversee both employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Manage payroll operations and ensure punctual salary disbursements.
• Implement initiatives fostering employee growth and development within the organization.
• Organize and manage employee engagement activities and programs.
• Demonstrate an understanding of the responsibilities and competencies associated with different roles.
• Monitor talent performance and generate corresponding reports.

Required Skills:

• Undergraduate or a Postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management
• Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding
• Proficiency at using social media and job boards
• Experience in hiring across advertising and tech industries
