IgniteAndRise is a dynamic and rapidly growing organization, committed to excellence and innovation in staffing and HR solutions. We are seeking a skilled HR Generalist to support the HR team and contribute to a positive and productive work environment by managing a wide range of HR functions.
Objective:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to handle HR operations, employee relations, and the full employee lifecycle. You will be instrumental in ensuring that HR processes align with the company's goals, compliance needs, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations: Manage day-to-day HR tasks, including employee records management, policy implementation, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Employee Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR inquiries, issues, and policy clarifications. Help foster a positive work environment and resolve employee conflicts in a timely manner.
Onboarding & Offboarding: Handle the onboarding of new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. Manage the offboarding process, conducting exit interviews and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
Performance Management: Assist in tracking employee performance, scheduling performance reviews, and identifying areas for employee growth and improvement.
Process Improvement: Work with the HR team to continuously improve HR processes and workflows to enhance the overall employee experience and ensure operational efficiency.
Training & Development: Help organize and coordinate training sessions and professional development programs to encourage employee growth and development.
HR Reporting: Prepare and present HR reports and metrics to keep leadership informed about key HR trends, employee issues, and potential areas for improvement.
Compensation Details:
1. Variable Pay for First 6 Months:
During the first six months, compensation will be performance-based.
You will receive 10,000 for each successfully completed onboarding process.
Payments will be disbursed within 60 to 90 days.
2. Fixed CTC After 6 Months:
After six months, your compensation will shift to a fixed CTC, with a performance-based increase of 10-40%.
3. Basic Salary: 30,000 per month, payable upon the completion of your 6-month contract.
If you depart early, the basic salary will not be disbursed.
