Job Description
- Recruitment and Selection: Develop effective recruitment strategies to source profiles, conduct interviews and oversee the hiring process.
- Employee Relations: New hire induction and maintain positive employee relations. Handle employee grievances, mediate conflicts, and ensure that all employees are treated fairly and respectfully.
- Compensation and Benefits: Implement compensation and benefits programs that are competitive and in line with industry standards.
- Performance Management: Implement performance management systems that help employees to achieve their goals and objectives. Oversee the feedback on employee performance and identify areas for improvement.
- HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring that all employee data is secure, and maintain confidentiality in all HR matters.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies that support the organization's goals and objectives. Work closely with senior management to align HR programs with the organization's strategic objectives.

- Working days: Monday - Friday
- Salary: Depends on relevant experience and background.
