Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking a dynamic HR recruiter to join our Human Resources team and help us continue growing our talented workforce for our Mumbai office on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and recruit candidates using databases, social media, and other channels.

Screen candidates resumes and job applications.Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools and methods.

Assess applicants relevant knowledge, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.

Onboard new employees to become fully integrated.

Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.

Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.

Qualifications:

Proven work experience as an HR recruiter or similar role (3-5 years).

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and resume databases.

Experience with sourcing techniques (e.g., recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings).

Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, etc.).

Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check, etc.).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong decision-making skills.

Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field.
