We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Executive HR Generalist with 2-4 years of experience to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have a broad understanding of HR functions and be able to support day-to-day operations in areas such as recruitment, training and development, performance management, and employee relations. This role is essential in helping us maintain a positive and productive workplace culture while ensuring that our HR policies and procedures are implemented effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Assist with sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Support the onboarding process, including conducting orientation sessions, preparing documentation, and ensuring smooth integration of new employees.
Employee Relations:
- Address employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Help in resolving employee issues and provide support for workplace conflict resolution.
- Foster positive employee relations by supporting HR initiatives that promote engagement and well-being.
Performance Management:
- Assist in coordinating performance reviews and appraisal processes.
- Maintain records of employee performance and track key metrics.
- Support managers in implementing performance improvement plans.
Training & Development:
- Assist in identifying employee training needs and organizing relevant programs.
- Track employee development and maintain training records.
HR Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure HR policies comply with relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain up-to-date employee records, including contracts, performance records, and disciplinary actions.
- Prepare and submit reports on HR activities as required.
Payroll & Benefits Administration:
- Support the payroll process by ensuring accuracy in employee data (attendance, leaves, etc.).
- Help manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave policies, etc.
- Assist employees with questions related to payroll and benefits.
HR Projects & Initiatives:
- Participate in various HR projects related to diversity, inclusion, employee engagement, and more.
- Support initiatives aimed at improving workplace culture and retention.
Qualifications:
- Education: MBA HR ( B Schools) only
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in an HR generalist role or similar capacity.
- Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, employee relations, compliance, etc.).
- Understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software (e.g., HRIS) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualities:

- Familiarity with employee engagement and retention strategies.
- Knowledge of payroll systems and basic accounting principles is a plus.
