Job Description:

We are seeking a versatile and experienced HR Generalist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing all facets of human resources, from talent acquisition and management to handling employee grievances and HR documentation. This is an immediate joining position.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition:

- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

2. Employee Management:

- Oversee employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback and coaching to employees.

3. Employee Engagement Activities:

- Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events to foster a positive workplace culture.

- Develop initiatives to improve employee morale and retention.

4. Employee Grievances:

- Handle employee complaints and grievances in a prompt and professional manner.

- Conduct investigations and resolve conflicts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

5. Documentation and Compliance:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

- Prepare HR reports and documentation as required.

6. Training and Development:

- Identify training needs and organize training sessions for employees.

- Develop and implement career development programs.

7. Compensation and Benefits:

- Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews and employee benefits administration.

- Conduct salary benchmarking and ensure competitive compensation packages.

8. HR Strategy:

- Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with business goals.

- Provide HR insights and support to management in strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.

- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
