This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive at WebsiteNI in Surat. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for HR management, operations, employee relations, HR policies, and overall human resources functions within the company.

• HR Management, HR Operations, Employee Relations skills
• Knowledge of HR Policies and Human Resources (HR)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
